    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶:
    * Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Bowl
    * Semolina(सूजी) - 2-3 Spoon
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
    * Cucumber Water(खीरे का पानी)
    * Water(पानी)
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴:
    * Cucumber/Kakadi(खीरा/ककड़ी) - 4
    * Refined Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tsp
    * Dry Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 Tsp
    * Asafoetida(हींग) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
    * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Tbsp
    * Coriander Leaves(हरा धनिया)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, take some Cucumber peel them & grate them & squeeze them in a bowl to separate the water. Then keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Whole Coriander Seeds, and Asafoetida & saute them well. Then put chopped Green Chilli, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Gram Flour, Coriander Leaves & grated Cucumber. Cook well & keep the filling cool down.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶, take a bowl & put some Wheat Flour, Semolina, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Carom Seeds, and Oil & bind the semi-tight dough by adding some Water & keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Then knead the dough again, make dough balls & roll them into a puri shape. Take a poori & put the filling on it. Then cover it with another poori & seal the edges as shown in the video. Then dust some Wheat flour & roll the poori. In this same way make all the pooris. Deep fry them on a medium flame until it becomes crisp and light brown. Serve them with Green Chutney & Tea. In this way, taste & healthy Cucumber Poori will get ready easily.
