Lavanya character is the one who is a chicken and despite coming from a modern rich background cannot stand up to Arnav and is scared of being getting rejected. She is the one who make women vulnerable and not Khushi.

First of all i dont know when did you watch ipkknd but when it aired there were no character like khushi on itv among leads after khushi ..there were so many characters which were made like her like zoya on qubul hai ..ishqbaaz
And arent you watching this show properly ...she is all self respect ..she is bubbly and innocent and belongs from very traditional UP hindi medium background but she still take stand for herself ..she is not submissive ...but she is extremely emotionally mature and emotionally intelligent to make compromise for people whom she cared about and she is orphan so obviously she feels like she ows to her uncle and aunt and her cousin sister ..thats why she gets ready to marry arnav as contract marriage ...she is innocent yet so mature ..she was one of kind among all ITV characters ..she made that bubbly next door girl with high self respect so popular on ITV that it became a trend ..tbh ishqbaaz was just rip off of Arnav khushi dynamics as no wonder it was also made by gul khan...

I used to watch this show in my childhood with my mom back then i didn't liked it that much 😅 but now that I have watched thousands of Korean, chinese,thai, Japanese dramas this show literally deserves all the hype 🤌 that Kdramas have ❤ ASR is that fictional characters which girls are craving for. They had given the grumpy x sunshine vibe in that time when no one didn't even know about that 😂 This drama has literally all the qualities that Kdramas have (actually even better) .
