To be honest I haven’t had a regular superstar in hand for a while, but from I remember these are much better quality than your regular GR superstar. There may be some more premium leather superstars you could get online, but I doubt they have as nice of leather as these

They’re a low top sneaker. Not high up on your ankle at all

I went TTS on these but I do have a pretty wide foot. Half size down would probably work for a more narrow foot
