It is an anomaly song you have to get to the halfway point with taritsu level 7 or higher level 7 requires 100% gauge but level 20 only requires 20% of gauge at the halfway point for it to trigger than it goes to this song on hard gauge if you pass it it gets unlocked if you fail it will add a percentage based off of how far you got
