DOG GROOMING || Nail Clipper or Nail Grinder???

Chloe and I are back with another how to video. I’ll be showing you how I trim my dogs nails at home, what I use and what I think. Great grooming vid’s Elizabeth. I have a 7 month old Cavapoo, Kobe and I have been doing his grooming myself. I wasn’t shaving his private spot area down to a zero but I’m going to start doing that. I also liked your idea about shaving the inside of the ears. I got the dremmel on Day 1 and he has become much more comfortable with it at this point. So yeah, good stuff, Chloe is a little angel. subbed!

Thank you!! Its great to learn how to do things yourself, I think its also good for some time to bond with your dog. Shaving them down all the way is the best way to go, you'll notice when your take your dog to the grooming salon they do something similar, just be extra careful because the skin is very thin. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the dew claws, it's all about doing what makes your dog feel the most comfortable and safe! Happy grooming :)

The grinder on their nails get hot very quickly, so just short bursts is best.

Yes it does! You have to be quick and take breaks if it get hot.
