The panel is a big ol open slate! Look forward to seeing everything you do with it! Should be plenty of room to push the firewall back for that V12!

Should be interesting to see how you put this together. I'll mention something that I discovered a couple of weeks ago, relating to chrome stripping. I pulled out the chrome tree on the '50 Ford convertible, have a bottle of Brasso it's a paste now. My experiment was to see if Brasso might polish the chrome. It in fact stripped the chrome off immediately just by rubbing it off, like I did with my military Uniform Brass, back in the '70s. That's another tool for the hobby.😅

Love the 3D printed parts, what a new world this is opening up for us seasoned citizen modelers who never got this kind of stuff in the beginning. The thing that kinda stinks about 3D printed parts is all those fiddly runners! Joel at Iceman does a swell job of getting the parts out quickly!
OH, yeah, a 55 Ford Panel is a Cool one to enter, so much can be done with that behemoth! Love it. Bless you and yours Bro...

I recently learned that you can remove the gold color from the chrome by putting it in rubbing alcohol. It actually works very well and doesn't harm the chrome underneath. I think you may have mentioned the video that shows how. Good luck with this project! Looking forward to it!
