Dyche should’ve got manager of the month for April imo. 6 games, 4 wins (with 4 clean sheets), 1 draw & 1 loss. 13 points at this stage is the season when they were in a relegation battle is fantastic! They got a 6-0 hammering, which probably cost him the award, but that was just 1 game

He has done a good job, that 15 game winless run was tough to go through, but in general, with what was going on off the pitch, Dyche and the boys done a good job this season
That's where he is particularly good as a manger. He helps the players keep their heads straight and mentally focused and believing. For the struggling teams that can be more important than tactics in certain moments.

i feel like the points deductions have made Everton play better than they would have without them. the relegation battle would have been still in progress without them penatlies.
