How to try to not look like you're on drugs while totally being on drugs, a story by both defendants.
and how to try not to look drunk when you're totally drunk, a story by both plaintiffs. Judge M should have called for an intervention for everyone in this case.. and if the defendant losing a friend due to what I can only speculate is an overdose isnt his rock bottom - I don't know what will be.
I agree that's not a drunk he is clearly on drugs and his witness is absolutely on drugs nothing he said made since he can't stop itching and his words were so slirred
The defendant’s witness is tweaking. No doubt. Both are shady as F.
Yea that arm scratch and failure to look the judge directly is sketchy
He's most likely dopesick from opiates. The defendant will pay him afterwards for his 'testimony '.
Judge Mathis would have had a field day with this case. He’s always calling people crackheads, and they were SUPER HIGH
this one was crazy, the defendant definitely a creep.
I must admit these litigants are off kiltered somewhat but the defendant has ISSUES!🤨
Why was the defendant staring at the ceilings with his mouth open? 😂
lol i was thinking the same, he was very fascinated with the ceiling 💀
The rainbow Gnomes were doing somersaults from the chandeliers and blowing kisses to the flying toads 🐸.
Very interesting up there ….
The defendant and his witness give off serious addict vibes. What were the plaintiffs doing living there?!?
Well.. The plaintiff said they were drug addicts.. So. Yeah.. also, his friend OD on his living room floor. It doesn't take a genius to figure out their additcs.
People are focusing on the defendant, but the plaintiffs' behavior isn't much better really. All of them have some serious issue...
What was wrong with the plaintiffs? She was a little sketchy, but the male plaintiff seemed normal.
Omg when they pan to the defendant zoning out at the ceiling 💀💀💀
I’ve worked in the restaurant/bar industry my entire adult life, and I’ve seen a lot of crazy things. The defendant’s mannerisms scream “functioning alcoholic.” He definitely appears to be drunk in court! I’m truly surprised Judge Milian didn’t call him out on it.
the plaintiffs are also very goofy, thats why thy rented from him, lol
Bro the dude he brought definitely a crack head! I know em when I see em 😂 lol from Chicago
It was a normal day here in court until everyone started to speak...then it progressively got stranger and stranger. I don't think any of them took their pills today.
Yeah, they did. That was the problem. The defendant left the planet earth. He needed less drugs.
That must be the most interesting ceiling ever
It's catwalk and lighting rigs. Most likely crew members walking around up there
The perspiration, itching and scratching, ticks and twitches... MAN FALLING DEAD ON THE FLOOR--The defendant and his "Handyman" are addicts.
He keeps looking up into the sky, his eyes are wide open, no blinking! This dude is off.
@@TopherGrant He more than likely is a garbage head and indulges in whatever he can get his hands on
Both plaintiffs and the defendant acted inappropriately in court.
The fake laughter from the plaintiffs for the “bodily fluid” discussion was very awkward and creepy. 😅
I think I would have felt awkward and been creeped out at that age, too, if someone had said something like that in front of a TV judge and audience about me. But, to be fair, I also wouldn't have put my personal life on display in this manner, either - at any age.
I feel like everyone is on drugs 🤷🏽♂️
Doug stating the obvious! 🙄 "I'm sorry you lost the case, do you know that?" 😂😂 I'm surprised he's never gotten jumped at the end of cases. 😂
Someone has called Doug out on that once. I watch way too much PC to remember the case, but I do remember the guy told Doug that he was very rude with that question and called him insincere.
One side is drunk and the other side is a bit cracked out. What an interesting day in court. Doug is hilarious too “you seemed a little out of it,” to the defendant. I love how he’ll say anything
I can tell by their mannerisms that the plaintiffs both have pretty strong anger problems.
I agree, all 4 of these litigants were...on something! To see the plaintiffs leaning over "laughing" on the lectern was a bit odd. The way the defendant was looking at the ceiling several times was weird, watching the "handyman" scratching at his arm screams tweaking & the way the plaintiff was so animated when the co-plaintiff started to speak outta turn was just, awkward. I think the 3 of em were a match made for each other 🤦🏼♀️ just creepily odd😧
Judge Marilyn ALWAYS wants to hear gossip etc and the one time something interesting comes up she lets it go...
The plaintiffs are just as strange as the defendant😳
Thank you!!!! I was looking at the plaintiffs like something was def off 😅
That defendant is just weird. Something is absolutely off with that guy.
@@stratfordbaby the DEFENDANTS are both absolutely addicts - personally I'm not seeing that with the plaintiff, but both of those defendants are in way deep.
What is going on with all the litigants!? Something is off with all of them. And with Douglass' remark when handing over the litigants to the Judge.... There was certainly something going on that day on set.
The guy in green was clearly lying through his teeth, but of course the defendant put him up to it.
Everyone testifying is giving BLASTED.
NGL, if you met both the plaintiffs and defendant in a restaurant having dinner together and struck up a conversation, you’d think they’re related just by the intensity of their demeanor being somewhat similar (in my opinion). On another note, glad the plaintiffs won!
"For the love of God, the checks are in your name!!!"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m mad judge didn’t dig more. She’s made people talk in depth about equally as traumatizing things that don’t “pertain to the case”
She pretty much knew the guy was on drugs so she probably didn't want him to be there too long
@@homunculus7 i know but this was the perfect case for her usual messiness lol i needed details on that crackhouse they were living in
What would have been the point to get into the messy details of how someone not related to the case died?
I’m getting all the bad vibes one can get watching this case and the defendant… 👀👀👀
The defendant & his witness are both dope heads & the friend definitely died from an overdose.
Props to the guy for getting his girl to keep calm. He has seen this show before 😂 Also, not relevant to the case?! The death made them not feel safe which is a damn good reason to skip on out of there!
His ex* girl. They split. That made that little interaction even more special.
If someone needs to keep you calm, you need a therapist and strong meds
Skipping out of there has nothing to do with the claims. It's just about the security deposit and possible damages.
Damn. Judge Judy would have said 'stand up straight' 'look at me, not at the floor' 'stop swaying'
Is everybody there high? This was weird as hell 😂😂😂😂
All FOUR are addicted to SOMETHING!
That defendant one hundo snorted a rail before entering the court room. Never seen a case like this before.
To be honest I feel sorry for the door in all of this confusion
Like judge Mathis would say it’s crack 😖
Plaintiffs and defendants are on something! Especially the defendants, yikes😱
The defendant’s mannerisms were strange before they mentioned the death of the friend
The plaintiffs are annoying, and very immature. The defendant looks like hes on drugs.
The girlfriend is super aggressive, and the boyfriend seems nice. The defendant is clearly on something
Hi Kids, just wanted to say don’t do drugs! Our you will end up like the defendant.
why is the defendant starring at the ceiling?
I assume its because The Peoples Court is a set and just out of camera view there are lights and scaffolding.
Birds of a feather flock together! The girl and guy are not angels.
They don't have to be, the landlord had zero credibility and clearly has no understanding of what legally or even basic ideas what being a landlord entails.
At the end he tries to claim it wasn't a lease and he wasn't a landlord, despite the fact the whole counter suit he made CAN ONLY BE MADE BY A LANDLORD.
As the landlord is the one gaining financially from the relationship they has the bulk of the responsibilities.
@@user-uy6uc5ey5q Yes they do. It's called CREDIBILITY FOOL. The plaintiffs are addicts. You must be blind.
The way the couple oddly stare back and forth at each other tells me the elevator may not go to the top floor, for either one of them lol. Both defendant and plaintiff parties look either drunk or high.
I wanted to get to the comments section wayyyyy before this case ended. Wild stuff from both sides.
All I can say is Don’t Do Drugs
What's in the ceiling 😂
Judge Mathis would have a FIELD DAY with this guy's obvious perjury!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What a nightmare but the plaintiffs were calm and respectful…. The judge handle it very kindly and respectful….. it was painful to watch….
"calm and respectful" Um, what case were you watching? LOL. They kept talking to each other, making snarky comments, and being animated when the Def would make comments.
Love Doug at the end calling the defendant out 😂
Lee is CREEPY AS HELL! When she's talking about the dead friend on the floor and he's just staring up at the ceiling with his mouth hanging open, terrifying!
Total fake tears from the defendant when the dead body was brought up.
All these people are insane 😂
This is why they need to bring DARE back into schools y’all
yeah that really prevented the war on drugs that the government created in the first place lmfao
"Well you lost the case, do you know that?" 😆😆
The way the defendant kept spacing out when not talked to is signs of drug use for sure
Where’s judge Judy when you need her?
Hahahahaha wtf, the defendant staring at the ceiling 😂
There is so much to unpack in this case! Why is the defendant staring at the ceiling?
Looks like all four are higher than kites. I'm surprised that they even got on the show in that condition.
Don't do drugs, kids.
Something is clearly off with this defendant as he continued to look up to the ceiling dumbfounded but was obviously bothered when the plaintiff talked about his friend whom had died in the apartment. I believe the plaintiff's and were more than able to prove their case..
Lying. Avoiding eye contact like that is an indication of lying and/or trying to make up a lie on the spot. But they all seem weird to me.
He just seemed off from the start of this which continued throughout. His emotions due to his deceased friend seemed to have humanized him at least for a moment..
The defendant, trying to make himself show sorrow & try to Cry over the loss of a friend inside his house ?
This case was so unhinged lmao
I normally don't comment on these. But these folks are high or really bad actors.
I wouldn't give that guy my new address. He's morals are shady
The defendant's behavior is strange, to say the least. The plaintiff's behavior (the girl) is off the wall as well. Frankly, all of them act like they are high.
These parties are crazy and weird! The judge is such an entertainment with this case
He definitely do coke look at his eyes
Plaintiff is high af. He is an angry addict.
This is literally the most bizarre people I've ever seen on this show and there's been many weirdos....this takes the friggen cake 😂😂
Let's play a game and try to figure out who does the most drugs?
The landlord staring at the ceiling, mouth wide open............wtf?
Lookin for a bird or maybe a fly?lol
Every time I've rented I've never got my security deposit back and believe me I cleaned it I shampooed it and everything nobody gave me one back
Best idea, rent an apartment and never invite drunken friends over. Defendant is a fool also for heavy drinking causes problems with others.
He probably thought that they'd back off if he counterclaimed for more damages.
Defendants witness keeps scratching his arm like a junkie? Judge asks question . He says never directly answers.
The witness is no help
Weird case and every person involved was STRANGE.
I love how these GRIFTER plaintiffs know everything about the law but they had no problem being scammers while they were tenants. WOW!!!! What an America!
These have to be the WORST defendants EVER! I'm sorry but the death of someone in their home that you are renting to someone is DEFINITELY WITHOUT A QUESTION relevant to the case! Moreover, I'm willing to bet that the defendant will think twice before allowing someone who CLEAR SIGNS of crack-cocaine addiction (who he probably shares with, "an assumption" as he said repeatedly) to be his star bombshell witness. This loser needs help, BIG TIME, if he EVER wants to be a winner at anything. Pretty sickening to watch.
I know that these are not supposed to be actors, but as far as mannerisms go, this looked like a comedy skit. STRANGE litigants.
At 7:23 the defendant was in another universe....man, that dude was hiiiiiigh....lol
Judge Mathis would of called them all crackheads 😂😂😂😂😂
They ALL are on something. Not drunk, but on some sort of medication or drug.
dang. them drugs be something else
30 seconds in - This is going to be a good one!.....and then the pink ladies in the audience! Can you imagine hearing this in person???.....and now the witness? WTF???
Greetings Supp. Became GGF for the third time a couple days ago. Wishing ya’ll a fantastic 2024 !
@@claypartridge7553 I don't know what GGF is, but I liked it because it's you.....
As a person who has seen many addicts from Kensington Philadelphia, these 4 people are stone coke
Addicts, when he said they came home from Atlantic City and guy needed up dying was the nail on the coffin for me
The defendant claims not to be the landlord, but just a tenant, and says they paid the bank directly, then it turns out the mortgage is under his name, so he IS the landlord. These have to be the weirdest plaintiffs and defendants ever, they all seem to be under the influence of something or other...
Everyone has a degree of weirdness with this one. EVERYONE.
Amen. This felt very strange to watch. Felt kinda satirical in some ways.
I soooo agree!! Everyone I on something!!
I think the plaintiffs are cringey as hell but nothing out of the ordinary
The plaintiffs mannerisms are a little odd... shushing idk
SERIOUSLY !!!
