Have a question what will cause the axle to not spin freely after I change the seal and bearing?
thanks!!!
I put new bearings in mine today and they lasted about 5 minutes. Reckon I tightened the axle nuts to tight?
Hey bro I have a round house style carrier about 3 years old. With my banshee in the air and wheels off it takes a lot of effort to spin axle with one hand. And it will not spin even half around by itself just stops as if there is a lot of friction. What do you think the issue is? Thanks
I’ve done this ALOT 16 years ago and just now got back into building quads again and after all those years I forgot the technique on how to get the axle out LOL thanks to this guys video I’m back on track. Definitely the best home DIY Banshee/ Blaster and 660 Raptor bearing and axle video that’s out there on CZcams hands down. Thanks
Hey Kevin,,could i just use locknuts with lock washers AND locktite???? instead of using those metal tabs folded over?
have u any videos on setting up a arms or changing them thanks
stephen steadwood
Sorry I just saw this bud.
Where did you get the bearings ?
You dont grease your axle ?
got a new carrier with bearings when i tighen up the lock nut i have modquads it make my axel hard to spin when i tighten the sprocket hub why? need more grease?
Marcus F
Don't tighten it too much, you just need to tighten enough you don't have any slack and then lock it tight.
On a stock setup, you snug the one against the hub and then tighten the outer one really tight
South Texas Banshee ah ok so loosen that modquad locknut till it spins nice?
South Texas Banshee thanks man
Its not good to hit a bearing on the innerace with an other bearing
Wow 9$ for a torches... paid 55 last week wtf
