I have a tip for anyone who eats carrots a lot, if you have mason jars, slice your carrots up or if they are baby carrots, just dump them in, and then fill it with filtered water. They last SO LONG and stay crunchy and delicious!!
I also store my strawberries in a mason jar because they almost ferment a little and it gives them a tangy sweet flavor. Personal preference though!
