Oh, what a soulful & soothing performance by vidwan kalyanapuram aravind.. A rich , captivating vocals, adherence to tradition & classicism, crystal clear diction, bhAva-laden rendering, nice selection of kritis suiting the theme, nuanced alApanais, neravals and creative swarams ... all are on a different level 👍 ( and the combo LR + DS + Karthik sir rocks !) Starting with poorna chandrika (shanku chakra by MSD on tirumala perumAL) he followed up with a detailed pantuvarALi (siva Siva ena where the saint praises siva perumAL) nAyaki (pAlayamAm by swAti tirunAL) hindolam (yArE ranganA by purandaradAsar) kingly kambhoji (O rangasAyee where the saint prays to ranganAtha perumAL of srirangam) & concluding with surutti (tillai ambalattAnai by GKB) Wonderful ✨ The violin support by vidwan LR,as usual was impeccable & his rAga/ swara exchanges are honey-dewed. The percussion support by vidwan delhi sairam (mridangam) & vidwan Dr Karthik (ghatam) was brilliant & their tani was with verve 👍 Thanks to rAgamAlikA TV for bringing it live.🙏

K Aravind's voice quality is superb and his renditions are excellent. I am hearing him for the first time. Thanks to the organizers of Marghazhi Mahautsavam for giving Arvind this opportunity. Of course, Karthick, Ramakrishnan, and Sriram are great as usual. Please give Aravind another hour to show his full potential. I am looking forward to listening to his previous and future concerts.
Sweet song selections in Shree,Poornachandrika and Panthuvarali In a short span he covered many songs But the concert is wholesome and rich with all aspects of singing Well done Comprehensive team with superlative talents

Super .2022 margazhi by month it is not so cool as expected.
But the carnatic classical programs in umpteen you tube channels cooled me to the core with variety of talents showed by artists. I am happy this ancient music is revived by them.god bless them all.

Well, there wasn't much of the Thillai or the Mal as he promised at the start. More than half the concert was filled with niraval swaralaya!
Nice. but why this title to which he didn't adhere. there was no thillai or thirumalai. Majirity Thirumal songs just a couple of Sivan ones.

because of the theme I think... for the Naada Inbam concert of Jan1 he wore the full thiruman...Like Bumper stickers in the car it is making a statement to others more than to please their ishta deivatha ..or it could have been to remind people "From ahses to ashes" philosophy in the case of Veebhoothi
