That's how sociopaths and psychopaths are. They come across as 'normal' in everyday life, everyone thinking they are larger than life characters, but very manipulative, vindictive and coercive behaviour to those they latch on to - Andrea the GF of 6 years is an example of this. Behind the scenes they are dark, evil and will murder you without a blink of the eye or show any emotion. If he was so innocent and so upset about the MURDER of his step child - you would be distraught about it. Not one ounce of emotion from this evil POS for the whole trial. The only one I saw was smiling or laughing. Bish is going to jail for life. I know it.

Henry Dinkins's girlfriend had to know that man was up to no good when he had that 10-year-old little girl outside at 3:15am at night near his car and that woman said she felt uneasy and said nothing to him about it. She had to know that he never spent any time with those kids. She did nothing to protect that child. The Grandmother shouldn't have let her go either because she too felt uncomfortable about it. Mom was probably hoping for the best, just trying to stay afloat with 3 kids from different men who weren't helping her. Look at the way this grown man looks, he doesn't even have a job. Ladies, we've got to do better. We've got to protect the children.

I think the defense attny forgot his client actually *IS a violent sexual predator* already, and has been for a long time before this case... So sitting up there and saying the state's circumstantial evidence doesn't make him one, you're right. This prosecutor is a legend. This is a testament to why cases take so long to come to trial . The gathering of evidence, learning and presenting the case takes seriously preparation and homework. Well done👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

It makes me sick to my stomach that anyone is defending this monster! He lived near a Wal-Mart but drove to another town to buy bleach. He took his son fishing but didn't let him get out of the car. The young girl was outside at 3 am near his car but he's innocent?! For anyone thinking he's changed and isn't responsible, you might need an evaluation and a look into your background. The prosecutor said she was murdered between 3-3:30 am DL was still sleeping. So was Breasia murdered in the middle of the night or when he went to Walmart to get that bleach. The prosecution presented a flawless case. She covered all of the bases. I believe Breasia kicked her brother in the bed because she was fighting off Dinkins. He is on the sidelines giving his lawyer pointers about the case. If he was innocent, he should have got on the stand and testified.

Agree with you 💯. I also noticed Dinkin's mannerisms as his Defense spoke. The deep sigh of relief whenever he spoke about evidence such as when "no one placed Breasia in the car. Whatever you say, Defense! She was in his car. He's the last one to see her. He's a monster.
There is no one innocent or guilty who would be making a wise decision to get on the stand and testify in their own trial. The job of the opposing counsel is to push buttons to anger you….. to make you look unstable….to twist words to show the jury there are different perspectives that could prove the allegations made. There is no defense attorney that would ever advise a client to get on the stand and testify even if they really truly believe they are innocent.

What type of person could kill a 10 year old, and shoot her? I have been following this case since day one and Mr. Dinkins has been emotionless since the beginning, he faked emotions in his interrogation but that's it. After seeing her remains, I probably would have fell out in the courtroom. I really would like to know what happened. I don't understand how the girlfriend supposedly saw this baby at 300am outside with this man and didn't ask any questions. Who does that???
And that's why I think Andrea the GF should be charged with child neglect for not intervening at that moment. She could have saved this childs life. She should have went outside and asked why does he have you out here baby. Are you ok or something. Made her come back into the house. Both children should have been made to come into the living room with her to feel safe and their mother should have been called immediately. It pisses me off when Andrea said she felt uneasy about it but didn't do anything about what she was witnessing. All the evidence is there. I hope he gets the death penalty.
The defense has to be as sick as the suspect. I dont care how much the check is. No amount of money would be worth me helping child predators get off so they can roam the streets. The closing arguments stank. Lock him up, throw away the key and thats not enough.

How come Henry Dinkins didn’t call any witnesses to prove his innocence? He had no defense other than his defense attorney having an attitude towards DL. This should be a guilty with life in prison with no possible chance of parole

Just a guess, but I think that when Henry brought Breasia back to the apartment and she was seen standing by the car, it was because he told her that he would bring her home (back to her mother), so she waited there when he went back into the apartment. I think she was frightened, shocked, etc, and she was hoping that he would take her home and she would be safe.
That said, I'm not sure if I missed something, or it was never addressed, but what excuse did Henry offer as to why he left the apartment with Breasia in the first place??
I said the same thing. I believe he told Breasia he was taking her home so she was waiting on him by the car.
Facts
Henry Dinkins never admitted that he left the house with Breasia. I think that he took for granted that his girlfriend would never disclose that she saw Breasia standing next to the car when he came back to the apt.
That’s because he didn’t know that she looked out that window and seen her but I think at that point he had just woke her up and took her out there and he forgot something told her to wait right there until he come back she said her head was down so I’m thinking she was still trying to wake up and recollect what was going on that’s what I think and I think the hard kick DL felt was breasia when Henry picked her up from the bed or woke her up
And breasia kicked him and then he said he seen them both going down the stairs and out the door

I think he’s done this before. And if by chance he gets off, he’ll do it again. He isn’t able to control his urges. Especially if he keeps getting away with it.
The defense conveniently left out that his client LIED to police about 1. when he last saw Breasia, 2. that he was the last one to see her, 3. that he went to Walmart to buy bleach, 4. that he went "fishing" w/out a pole, and 5. that he had gotten stuck on the road and was helped by a man who was on his way to work early in the morning.
The defense is trying their best to 'poke holes' in the states methodically presented circumstantial evidence but he does not attempt to negate the real evidence - why? ...because it would all unravel and reveal his client's GUILT.

All that poor baby girl went through, the fear, the pain of a grown man sexually assaulting her, the fear of the unknown when he took her from her bed and then travelled with her, the horrible torture she must have felt just so this demon could get off on her, it thoroughly disgusts me and hurts my heart so painfully to know what she must have gone through and the sorrow and pain her family must still and always will be going through , in my opinion the death penalty would be good, but not before he is tortured and made to feel pain more horrible then he put that little angel through ….this hurt me terribly RIP sweet girl and may your family find peace as well

We have DL to thank for a LOT of the evidence in this case. He is a super smart kid. He didn't know that the info he was giving would be so super important. I do feel sorry for him - he will be 11 years old now and probably having to relive all of this, knowing that his OWN dad killed his sister will be a total trauma. I hope that they are getting him the child counselling he needs to process all of this. He was super brave to take to the stand and speak his truth. The defence are disgusting POS to try and discredit his statements just because he is just a kid. They didn't dare question Andrea's statement. Send that GUILTY murderer to jail for life Judge. Maybe he lured Breasia out of the house and so early in the morning because he told her earlier while spending time with her in the bedroom, that they will go fishing early in the morning, that's why the child didn't change her clothes, take er belongings or protest to leaving with him so early in the morning. He just continued the fishing lie with his son later on. He is not only guilty, he is a cold blooded killer who doesn't feel remorse for his actions.
I wish he just confess what he did so her family can have closure.

He’s obviously guilty bc why wouldn’t he not want to testify to defend his truth and to offer any help to find is so called daughter. I’ll tel you why he won’t testify, bc he has to remember his lies and contradictions & doesn’t want to get caught up later if it comes time to tell those same stories. Just like he remembered absolutely NOTHING the night of the poor baby’s disappearance under his control (not care).
Because nobody is advised to testify in their own trial because there are too many variables even if they truly are innocent.
And you have a constitutional right to not testify without that impacting the verdict. That would be grounds for an appeal so I really don’t know why people think he MUST be guilty because he didn’t testify.
I think he’s guilty simply because he had her out the house at 3 in the morning and lied and claimed he “just woke up” at 8 in the morning. But saying he’s guilty because he didn’t testify is ignorant. Alex Murdaugh testified and he was guilty AF
