I’ve heard a few people say they had a lot of fun with this game. If I had one problem with modern game criticism it would be people tend to act like their tastes align with everyone else’s. I’m glad to see the perspective of someone who likes it. Great video!

It’s pretty fair review, most of people talk about it like a part of Arkham verse, but not about the game itself. Yea, as a part of Arkham series it’s not that good, but if we consider it as a single, separated game - it’s actually nice. Love your content!

Hat's off to you for having your own opinion! I didn't touch the game as the genre isn't my cup of tea, personally. I guess people just got burnt enough with other releases lately - either not delivering on promises made earlier or riddled with in-game-purchases that overshadow the actual content - at least that's my take.
Gamplay wise. Is an average looter shooter.
Story wise, is a disrespect to the characters. Specially the way batman was killed using the voice actor that played Batman in BTAS.
It shows writers that have no idea how a character would act. Lex Luthor would never make compliments on Wonder Woman. Louise Lane would not praise wonder woman and ignoring that she killed the love of her life.
The same story could have been done by someone who actually knew the characters and how would they act.
Even without the story being a big Fuck you to all the previous arkham games. The gameplay is average at best. And a premium price. Thus not worth it. Add the story and is not worth to even pirate.

Firstly, you've simultaneously claimed your video is the 'truth' about the game, while also in a comment saying you made this video from the POV of someone who likes these sorts of games ("That's exactly it, not everyone likes the same type of games. It's unfair to trash something when you don't like that flavour to begin with. Appreciate the support! :)") is incredibly hypocritical. It is incredibly hypocritical to complain about what others say before proceeding to be incredibly biased yourself.
Secondly, that quote is not a reasonable argument to make. You've firstly dismissed criticism something from anyone who doesn't like the game as trashing it, and secondly, ignores the point that there are going to be a lot of people who aren't into games like this, and who want to see a neutral POV on the game. If you agree that your video is from the POV of someone who likes games like this, you can't then treat it as impartial.
0:24 So this "fantastic" game has, among other things: Significantly worse visuals than Batman: Arkham Knight? Does this "perfect" game involve turning what is meant to be a scene with respect for the enemy you've defeated (fighting the Flash) into complimenting Boomerang's genitals while he pees on the Flash' corpse? Is the game "fantastic" when the final boss takes the form of Flash, someone who you already defeated (why not just stay as Braniac)?
1:45 You have admitted you're not going to approach the game from a neutral POV. You did not say that you're going to try to be impartial as possible despite how much of a fan of the series are - this review is biased. It is possible to criticise a game you like.
2:14 Making random accusations about broad groups none of us can possibly check is an incredibly flawed argument. You haven't even given examples, you're claiming there's lots of terrible takes about this game, right after you've confirmed you won't be independently reviewing it.
2:40 Funny? How is disrespecting what is meant to be a serious moment funny? The Flash was a puppet by Brainiac - his death is meant to be a tragedy, not a joke.
5:02 You're claiming everything that you've seen is forced and that people are being pressured into it. Please, provide some evidence for this claim.
6:16 Do you not care about how Boomerang acted like a fool during a serious moment?
8:32 Are you aware your title presents this as the truth (your wording, not mine), and that you've continually made a broad series of criticisms without backing them up. That seems like claiming who is and who isn't right to me.
8:41 It is incredibly hypocritical to claim you've shown proof about what you like in the game while you simultaneously make broad statements about criticisms of the game and haven't included evidence.
10:06 It's not my job to find your evidence. Why should I believe your claims if you don't provide evidence?
10:45 Given the price of this game, this isn't just a 'give it a try'. It is far too expensive to just buy it and hope you get a good feel of it within two hours.
