The outdoor space with the dining areas was really beautiful and tasteful. The dogs and the couple were very nice but a shame we did not see more of the interior if the outside is anything o go by it will be wonderful. Loved the collection of crushing on the sofa. The food looked wonderful.

I loved that teepee by the pool, down in the garden. It's far more aesthetically pleasing than a camping tent and much less expensive than building a pool house. Tents turn into ghastly saunas on hot, sunny days but tee pees are roomier and a better idea. The day bed mattresses inside were a great touch. I imagine how nice it would be to have a swim and then have a nap in there...or when there's a summer rainstorm you can dash in and play a game of cards or read and have lunch. I love this channel too. 😊

That is outdoor living at it's best. Being surrounded by nature, growing their food, gorgeous gardens...I love it! The teepee is so cool and larger inside than it appears, at the end. What a great spot for a stayover guest! Thank you, again, for these great tours. 😄

Yes, those tomatoes! Every time I see people in the supermarket buying the cheapest punnet of tomatoes, which smell of nothing and taste of nothing I want to weep, and a combination of pity, frustration and disgust overtake me and form a brand-new emotion. My view is to always spend as much as you can afford buying tomatoes and if you can't afford to splurge then don't buy tomatoes. It's a pathetic thing to witness. To think, some folks have no idea that they're eating tasteless crap and have no idea what good quality in-season tomatoes actually look and taste like. In the UK, buying stone fruit is a total waste of money. Always unripe, sour tasteless garbage. Once you've had a PROPER white peach...holy smokes, it ruins you for life. I wonder what produce YOU avoid buying if you can't get the 'good stuff'? 😅

Susanna looks fantastic in everything people give her to wear. I could watch an entire video of her being dressed by fabulous people with a great eye; even things that droop dubiously on a hanger or have confusing and complicated tailoring would end up looking incredible on her. I see that the owner had tall boots on in summer....that tells me 'snakes' or similar. I wear my tall rubbers outdoors amongst all of my gardens due to the thousands of bees that are on the blossoms of my groundcovers, my annuals & perennials & fruit trees. Then of course, there are the rodents in amongst everything! I won't even mention earwigs in every joint or crevice of furniture or beneath stones, planters, above door casings....cushions would be joke here in the NE.

It was not at all an advertisement for anything. Their focus at their home in Ojai is really on an outdoor lifestyle.

So the property is hilly? As everything is right out side of the house entrance an acre is not that small yet everything is crowded in =/ I have an aversion to scorpions and rattle snakes which up in the hilly areas are a real thing in Cali
