I feel your pain, hate having haircuts where I am from, all guys here either short back or sides, or footballer players hair cuts like Bale. That's why I cut my hair once a year.
Depends, in many major cities you can find areas that are dominated by Asian cultures so typically the salons will be based on that. Just like there are salons even in Seoul that cater too african/black hair types.

For asian hair, his is pretty flexible. If i finish blow-drying, my hair wont go like his lol
