By adding the darkness efect the bottom of the lake becomes complet dark whitch means if you make a multiplayer server on a sanctuary map with the darkness effect and they are going for a swim they wont know where is up , down , left or right and you can spectate them (the darkness effect wont work ) and see them trying to escape without any clue where they are moveing(I convince then there is a RPG at the bottom so they will try to go find it and end up dead )
This actually happened, ON a Multiplayer server. In Pit Valley one of my friends saw a dark very black figure that went to the lake into the cave, my 2 other friends including the server host when in there and got jumpscared from what sort of the /whatareyoudoing monster
