Neon Pearl Smear Nail Art

These nails have so many different techniques in them! Using neon nail polish can be tricky, we've got a cheat to make them look better! We also did the new smear marble technique. Add some chrome and a glittery topcoat and you've got so many incredible details on a set of nails! Great Job, Jess!!!
