what you are not keeping in mind is that the timming!!!! some interviews are giving you 1.30 min to make an answer!!!!!! and the time stops you get thrown to the next question
Thank you for the feedback Lena. While I agree that most interviewers are hasty, we've seen time and again that strong stories guide the pace of the interview. To make a reasonable assessment of one's personality - a short window of time or really captivating long answers are sufficient. Good answers that retain interviewer's attention span typically span 2 minutes.
