      They can’t because they come with spoke wheel which is better for off-road

      Time for showing off my mechanical engineering degree😅😅-Spoked tires have better load bearing characteristics.Morover during harsh jumps and landings spokes tend to be flexible rather than alloys which would break.

    Need suggestions brother
    I am getting Yezdi adventure 2022 April model only run 16k km. Some modifications has done also like spoke wheels converted into alloy.
    Its a delhi ncr bike. Should i go with this vehicle in rs 130000 ? My height is 6.
    Please suggest please I don’t have much time to think. I am your follower from a very long time.
    I have r15 v3 2021 model but i am planning to shift into yezdi adventure. Is this a good decision or should i stay with v3

    Hi Narendra! Between the off roaders ...the shoot out i.e between Adventure & Himalayan is an obvious expectation for fair assessment. I am looking out for a a decent bike that will toil through the week in the city & highways/ off-roading on the weekends. Also which is easy on pocket, decent performance & has reliable engine. The pure refinements of a Triumph is not seen in any of the Indian brands at the given price point decimating vibrations......what according to you will be the game changer in this segment or should we wait for new iteration of the Himalayan next year ( Not the 411).Please suggest

    • @GearFliQ
      @GearFliQ  Před 2 lety

      Yezdi Adventure is better in most areas. More refined, powerful and better put together.
      Himalayan has the advantage of better low end performance for offroading.
      But Adventure has better dynamics overall.

  • @sifarsesufi1902
    @sifarsesufi1902 Před 2 lety +1

    I think these companies have taken us for a spin. Either a bike is Tourer or it is Off roader, because of the design variance.
    1. Off roader is lightweight. Tourer needs some weight.
    2. Off roader needs less body work. Here, we are loading a so called adventure bike with multiple accessories.
    3. No rimlock or Bead lock in these tubed tyres.
    4. These are kind of dual sports bike which have not been tested by users in actual challenging environment.
    5. No one talks about clutch tech. Wet clutches make your engine oil dirty faster since all the dust that is created as the clutch wears stays inside the engine. So, do we have dry or wet ?
    We should build technology... not just sell a product

    I had booked meteor 4 months ago and now booked yezdi(i like adv kind of bikes)
    5.10" is my hieght
    My only confusion is vibrations in yezdi adv(i took a test ride) is it comparable to meteor

    • @dr.ranadhishrajan2797
      @dr.ranadhishrajan2797 Před 2 lety

      Meteor has less vibrations as compared to yezdi adventure. But the riding stance of yezdi are very good. It's a very good bike. And if you ride below 6000 rpm then there are no vibration at all. And at around 6000 rpm the speed is 105km/hr and it's ideal on our roads

      jawa yezdi is right now under Mahindra and Mahindra, have to keep an eye on this over coming time to see about reliability, service and parts availability but people need to consider buying this so that their is healthy competition in the market, overcoming years if proves to competitive then we consumers would be the final winner having many choices among such machine purchases.

      I am using a Jawa 42 for 2 years now, I am done Indore to Ladakh and back the machine is reliable. Now 300 dealers is not small number. Buy a bike which doesn’t require a large after sales network but buy a bike which does not oftenly visit the service station. Jawas are reliable, sturdy and rugged
