Chinese & Other Workers From China Harbour, Working on Montego Baypass Highway Part6

This video look at the reason the city need to have a Perimeter Bypass, it will take a peek at the new complex that was just completed on Howard Cooke Boulevard, the congestion that is taken place there. We will then take a look at the area that the Bypass will begin and see how much the work has progressed in Ironshore and the Fairfield area.

They to build a third (HOV/carpool/bus) lane on the bypass so as to preempt gridlock as the city grows along/around the bypass in the future..

Why would they put a roundabout in that section instead of a grade separation where it would be easier and less obstructing to the traffic flow???
