- This E-bike, the K-one from Dahon, is not another foldable electric bicycle from China. In fact, it’s from a US based company that designed and manufactured the K-One foldable electric bike: amzn.to/3LUIUBm
Dahon been around since 1982 and specifically known in the folding bike market. The electric bicycle is marketed as a high-performance folding bike, with a sleek, minimalist and lightweight design with advanced technology and in this video, I’ll share what I think of it, 1 month later.

Yes, and Dahon has many patents as well! Not sture if the folding mechanism is one of them, because the ones we've seen the last 2-3 years are bascially all the same.
I don't think they are similler in design at all if we talk about the frame design. If you are talking about the battery in frame I think Eovolt is the first to start with this idea and the one with the most mature implementation.

What is the torque of the mid drive motor?
Dahon is in fact a Chinese company and based in Guangdong. They deliberately advertised this way to attract us consumers. and just fyi the bike they sell in mainland China is 1/3 of the price in us
