Only 643 views - No wonder our country is heading downhill at warp speed - I do not know, if I missed a chat on "SEC v. Jarkesy - Docket Number: 22-859 - Date Argued: 11/29/2023" where Justice Gorsuch - said "Congress cannot eliminate a party’s Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial by merely relabeling the cause of action and placing jurisdiction in an administrative agency. Thoughts?" and "And we don’t usually say the government can avoid a constitutional mandate merely by relabeling or moving things around. It’s as much a violation to do something indirectly as directly we usually say, right?" - This seems to imply - all trials which 'were or are done' administratively and not preserving the right with a trial by jury - 'were or are' therefore, a constitutional violation. - If you did a show or chat on this - please reply with the date. If you have not covered this, please do so. Thanks
