Am facing a different issue but with the same model...i can't pair up my mobile via bluetooth. When I toggle to Bluetooth it only displays "BT" instead of "BT ready" so it can't be discovered... please help, thanks

Forgot to add, when I go to the LG ap to calibrate the sound, it doesn't recognize the SW as paired, even though when I unplug it, plug it in the green light blinks, then when I press the pairing button, I get a steady green light.

I had to order a new remote but it work basically instantly as soon as I held both the square button and the mute button on the remote
