That's a very solid workout. Love the pace variations.
I noticed how steady her head is when she runs. Her acceleration seemed effortlessly smooth and aggressively focused. She’s an exciting talent that is experiencing new horizons. Coming from a farm she probably eats a very healthy diet. I hope she continues to have great coaches on her side.

@@kaylincorotis7133 her heel touches the ground first when she runs. Then her foot rocks forward and she pushes off with her toes. That is distance runner style. Sprinters land on their forefoot. In this video you can see one runner behind her running sprint style.
