According to the patch notes, not only did the slide m1s and the vegeta assist get nerfed, there was also a bunch of other changes. Some of said changes I found really weird honestly, like: You can now evade from knockaways and you can now also evade from the manual ground uplauncher (what's the point of it now??). You can also evade out of moves if you got m1'd into it, Slide kicks dont bounce you back if it gets blocked (great how do we punish that??), vari and mouton shot also dont bounce back anymore when blocked (again how we gonna punish that shit??). Kirei got buffed (can now use ult regardless of baptism rite stacks) and so did enel (raigo fall speed buff but van only hit up to 3 targets at a time. These 3 targets will take full raigo damage while everyone else gets halved. Cell's All Clear dosent keep people grounded anymore so that's a bit weird as well. That's all the weird changes that really came to mind. Gotta love heaven's arena! Implementing something then immediately nerfing it to dust or consrantly reverting changes.
@@aer0340 oh really? I have yet to play Heaven's Arena after the patch notes so I thought that since it didnt bounce back it wouldnt stun you and thus would be hard to punish in typical Heaven's Arena fashion so ty for letting me know.
Worst part is you cant even call them out on it since the discord community dick rides them like their devs friends or something and will call you an aba player

If you block the slide kick they get like stunned or something for a second. i haven’t seen it but Varie is probably the same.
