To do the conversion, you don't need to remove or send anything! We only need a few details from your system (we have instructions), and we can create a disc or send you a download link of the files to burn to disc yourself.
This update is for MENU conversion only, we do not do convert maps/navigation. This gives you all the Bluetooth Audio, Bluetooth Handsfree (Phone), Fuel Economy, Hybrid Information (if Hybrid vehicle), HDD music functions, USB music and video functions, some vehicle settings, Maintenance reminders, and more in English.

OMG I have had my V36 2007 350GT SP for 8 years and I never thought it possible I will certainly be in touch in the very near future. Well done you guys as I was told it would never be possible. Very Impressed and to think your in New Zealand as well I am in Auckland.

Hello, I have the radio with nav and music box inside. But there is no sound and "audio" settings is grayed out. Can the update fix this issue or I need new radio unit?
Hi, not sure about that one. Sounds like the audio side has failed, but could be due to various reasons. I would try this first: disconnect the unit for a few hours, or if you don't want to remove the unit, disconnect the battery. This will hard reset the system, in case it is a glitch of some type.
If it's still faulty, we may be able to repair it if your in NZ.
It is unlikely our update will fix it, but possible.

Hi guys, would this work for a 2012 X-Trail? If yes, and it's installed, does it remove the original Japanese GPS Map as that is currently giving out loud voice warnings for 'school areas' which is very annoying.

Hi, 2012 should have the units we can, best to compare the pic on our website for the Xtrail and see if it is the same.
If we can do it, then you can turn the guide/carwings voice off or down, so you don't hear it anymore. thanks
Do you guys have any idea on how to fix the screen to stay on? Mine stays black after using it for a while sort of like a screensaver but I want to know how to leave it on?
Hi, yes it is an option to 'turn off the screen' that is currently 'on'. In the Settings menu there is a Display menu, where the first option is to turn it on or off. Select off.
Of course, if it is converted to English, you can find it easy :)

Woooow, very interested in buying one honestly as I am from Auckland, just a question. I have a 250GT 2007, when I connect my Bluetooth through my phone to the car, it has trouble playing my music, is there any possible way to fix this? No sound or music plays, cheers
If you’re setup is just like the one in video. If you only have one bluetooth connected. After connecting the bluetooth You just need to hit the (tv) button a few times. First hit should take to tv. Second hit should take to aux and third hit should take you to the bluetooth and then you can start playing music from your phone.

Hi I want to do my car conversion to any idea why the bluetooth keep getting disconnected while playing music?
Hi, do you have a Skyline or similar system to the video? try deleting the pairing in both the vehicle and the phone, turn both off for 1 minute, turn on and pair again. sometimes the protocols set up when the pairing is made needs refreshing.

@@ginnibhullar5556 iPhone by any chance? maybe try an Android and see if it does the same. Remember, the vehicle system is now 12 years old, and new phones are like magic super computers compared to the systems in the car
@@ginnibhullar5556 I had the same problem, disconnect and reconnect but use a different bluetooth passcode - worked for mine.

On the website it says that they can’t do the navigation because it’s quite technical or something of that nature 😩
Hi, no it doesn't change the maps, they remain in Japanese. As far as I know, NZ maps to work on these systems doesn't exist. The conversion just changes most of the menu, just to make the system more usable.

Hi bro I'm having major dramas here mate I had Bluetooth yeah the person that I bought it off connect to the Bluetooth app for me but it's in Chinese I'm just not sure do you have to put that CD used in the demonstration in to change it to English please any assistance would be awesome

Hi, English is not in the system, you will need to purchase the cd to make most of the menu including Bluetooth in English.
Or you can use Google translate.

Hi, this conversion is strictly for the 2010 to 2013, as they had an upgrade for the nav system. Hi, yes we have a conversion available for the Murano, does it have the Compact Flash slot in the dash, to the lower right of the cd slot?

My Bluetooth is diabled ( greyed out) how to fix that

Not sure, is it set to off instead? the 'On' needs to have the little orange light next to it

My Bluetooth was working before but when I deleted all the devices then it is disabled
@@vikashjosan6124 Then you probably just need to select 'Pair a device' and it will show again. If there is no registered device, then 'Bluetooth ON' is 'greyed out' because there is no reason to turn it on, as nothing is paired. There may be nothing wrong at all :)
How to delete the previous user bluetooth device in skyline
@@prabhdhillon5115 Go to 'Paired device list' in the bluetooth menu, and delete the existing pairings. But you will have to do it in Japanese, unless you purchase our conversion then it will all be in English and easy to do :)
