It's +20V and -40V , the 40V was included but after solving it comes out as -20

40V & 20V opposite direction me hai. Isliye net voltage 40-20=20V hua hai.

In both cases 5 ohm is in parallel.... We can write it in both ways... He just simplified the circuit☺️
