When i make your recipes, I literally never have to tweak or recreate them! LOL I personally call you "Uncle AB". 🆎…no disrespect to Branch & Vine but you can infuse your own oil.
Heat the oil on low flame and add garlic cloves to it. You’re not cooking the garlic at all OR double boil. Put the oil with garlic in a heat-proof container and set in a low boiling pot for about 30 minutes. Let cool. Stir the oil. Remove the garlic and seal it up.
