Can we just give these guys a Grammy already and call it a day?
I'm still waiting on that movie deal.
@@MxDaeHollywood would just fuck it up. Their such egotistical
Scum they would change the story at every opportunity
I don’t think there is an award to encompass the work these guys do in an expansive multimedia space. They too big and that’s GREAT lol
This album is proof that a long standing band can still evolve their sound without jumping the shark.
I’ve been searching for this description for this album. Thank you.
I got into them later in life, so what’s great is I can listen to the whole catalog without bias. This, Gojira, and Mastodon, put out my favorite new releases!
Arctic Monkeys are about to do that with their new album, I reckon.
People hate on the Dave Matthews Band.
The punchline to that joke is that they are still awesome and chillin. Everyone I know or have talked to have nothing to say other than good things. Their live shows are 50k people parties.
If you can turn 50,000 people into a safe party...then get back to me on that.
Coheed&Cambria for me is kinda outside of my wheelhouse genre wise...but I always saw them as rock music + an edm vibe.
Their music is great. Metal, melody, everything. Done and done.

I have played this album so much for my 3-year-old. It’s some of his favorite songs to listen to. He calls them “Liars Club Songs” and sings along to most of them
Aww!
That's just good parenting!
Mine askes for 'the vaxis song' (can u hear me with your eyes)
after listening to coheed for 20 years now, its insane that this is my favourite album. LOVE IT!
There was a connection. If you guys made 10 albums that all sounded like second stage you wouldn't be who you are. The music, the art evolves. And I'm here for the ride. Rock on🤘. Great record .
Thank you guys for continuing to exceed our expectations 🙏🏽
"I think they will, they're gonna embrace this one..." Yes Claudio, yes. Im bear hugging this album.
This album deserves a Grammy
1000000 percent
What a masterpiece this album is. These two albums feel like they’re gonna go down as something big in history as time goes on
*5 (Vaxis is a 5-parter)
I was introduced to Coheed in 2005-2006. They stood the test of time where a lot of my favorite bands fell by the wayside. Coheed just keeps innovating and getting better with time. I had just goten married when this album dropped. Three months later my wife was pregnant with our son. To say that this album’s themes resonated with my soul would be an understatement.
Slow dancing to "Our Love" while holding her tummy and feeling our son move... those are moments that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
Looking into my newborns eyes while Claudio sings about the experience as I'm having it... truly magical.
Thanks guys. You elivate the artform and we love you for it!
After seeing this, I searched up Zakk Cervini and I’m blown away that such a young guy has such an impressive resume, and he did this album so much justice. I’m also glad Coheed is a band that is not afraid to reinvent themselves.
This is one of my favorite albums from you guys. I love the difference this has over every other album.
I enjoy the fact that each album has that new element of something unheard of while still keeping that essence of what Coheed is internally. These guys know how to make every song they create seem almost nostalgic yet cosmically inevitable.
This album continues to grow on me.. I already like it 1000x more then I thought
Absolute beast of an album. Congrats fellas, this is a historic album to me. Much love
This album touched my soul in a way no other Coheed album ever has.
It’s almost painful for me to listen to. But still sticks in my mind.
Well done 👍 don’t stop 😌
Truthfully, I think it's because beneath the mythos of the concept, the tone of Vaxis, like Color Before the Sun, is Claudio's healing. Like he's mentioned in the video, the songs in Vaxis reflect fatherhood and love, and you can sense Claudio healing from all the turmoil he's been through in the earlier Co+Ca years. He's not angry or bitter, and in fact, is more reflective and self-assured. He has a better sense of self, which he was going to have to develop now that he has a child to care for and be a model of.
New Coheed fan here. Father of 2. This is such a great record. The themes aren't really a secret but it was special to hear Claudio explicitly say that fatherhood plays such a big part in the story and music. Call your Mother, call your Father. Call me hooked. Reading Vaxis I and Amory Wars. Very much enjoying Afterman. Can't wait for what's next. Thank you!
Can't stop listening to the last 2 records. They are just perfect.
I will forever be greatful for the music and community that C&C have created and has lasted strongly for 20 years. They've saved me from the worst times and highlighted some of my most cherrished moments.
Thank you. 🤙🏻
June 23rd 2022 was the worst day of my life. My wife and I were dealing with an incredibly painful loss that day. It’s funny, We’ve been fans since the old days, VFW gigs SSTB IKSSE3 ect, it’s actually the first thing we bonded over in the beginning. Fast forward 20 years later on june 24th at midnight your music lifted us back up
From a dark place. Thank you. For everything 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Such a fantastic album. Looking forward to hearing these bangers on SS Neverender II!
This album had so many surprising moments that just blew me away. And the story is... phenomenal. The theme for Vaxis II to me is just.. goosebumps.
You guys have never gone to far in my opinion. I love that you guys aren’t afraid to step out of your comfort zone a bit.
Please don't stop, you guys mean a lot to a lot of people
This album is so amazing! Each song has its own niche vibe and lyrically just phenomenal. I haven't been able to stop listening to it. I still get chills listening to every song
Coheed continues to not only push boundaries, but also set new expectations and limits from album to album. Everything they do has its uniqueness which is what makes it awesome. Love you all, One Among The Fence.
I brought this album on released date I have never stop listening to it still playing in my car everyday
I love how Josh always looks like he's just having the best time of his life when he's playing
Longtime Coheed fan and this is my favorite album banger after banger
One of 2022 best albums, pure wonder from beginning to end.
Uno de los mejores discos de 2022, maravilla pura de comienzo a fin.
My fav album to date. I’ve bought the vinyl AND the CD…listen to it over & over on streaming.
Loved and am Loving Vaxis 2,my personal favourite album of yours since From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness. And Unheavenly Creatures was that for me too so I cannot wait for Vaxis 3!
I have listened to this album start to finish too many times to count. So freaking good!
As far you want Claudio all your music is epic!!!!
Whatever you did for this album, uhhhh yeah keep doing it. Get literal chills on multiple songs.
I have been listening to this album on repeat for months now! Different feel overall, but has songs that seem to hit each part of the Coheed journey! The last 3 songs of the album in sequence are just so great!
love this album and still love every album and so happy i've been here for the whole journey.
I just became a fan of you guys because of the album I've had a chance to check out all the lore I think you guys are amazing!!!
definitely a top 3 coheed album
Cant wait to see you in Manchester in 2 days!
For me, this is album is my favorite of this year.
It's haunting.
It's an album that speaks in volumes to coheed roots, to the story coheed tells, to everything I've loved about coheed since 2003.
I still can't find the words to let you guys know that it is well put together with a new and old feel of perfection.
Thank you guys.
❤️🤘🏼
Watching this made me tear up for a second. Being my #1 favorite band since a kid and watching their growth made me realize I’m still here on this Planet, and I’ve seen so many things and people die around me. Yet my ears still get to listen to the sound of Coheed and I am extremely grateful for that.
Vaxis 1 and 2 are my favorite albums. I can't wait to see what happens next and how the story starts to tie into the Amory Wars.
And reason 7867 why you all have been my favorite band for 20 years.
Hearing some of the new songs live in Manchester the other night was so awesome 👏 ❤
I hadn’t listened to Coheed for years and decided to give this album a go and man am I happy that I did. This whole album is absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Haven’t stopped listening since it was released.
It took a couple listens, but Vaxis 2 really grew on me from the first listen
The first time it felt like I was listening to pop radio in 2012, and I wasn't really happy with that, but then I kept listening for some reason.
Now A Disappearing Act is my favorite song off the record, and that was the song I started off taking the most issue with
This is my first new Coheed album, I actually only discovered you guys about a month before it came out. But you have quickly become my favorite band by far, all of your music is incredible. A Window of the Waking Mind is one of your best albums imo, and the title track is my favorite song of all time. You guys rock, and I can't wait to see what you do with Vaxis III.
Vaxis 2 is my favorite album Coheed have made since Good Apollo 1, and their live show this year was staggeringly good. I can't wait for the Vaxis Neverender shows in 20 years.
There are maybe four or five Coheed and Cambria shirts that I wear from time to time. Every time I wear one someone asks me about it. Every album you guys come up with, I really enjoy. I feel like some songs seem like it could be two or three different songs because of how the music can shift but still so nicely. Sometimes it feels like I step into a familiar room but everything has changed. I haven’t heard one song I didn’t enjoy and I’m excited to see and hear what is to come.
This has become my all time favorite album from you guys! Which is crazy to say as I have been listening to you for nearly two decades now
Zakk said it. Coheed is incapable of creating a bad album. They create it and we will come.
Album of the year for sure.
Genuinely believe this is the best Coheed album yet, can't stop listening. Love it!
Josh is so fucking good. I watched him play a whole cold outdoor show with his eyes closed up in a hoody without missing a beat.
Due to life or one thing and another I hadn't listened to Coheed in years. This album helped me ease right back in. Very few artists can you do that with. Ever since I was still in school. These guys have killed everything theyve attempted. Absolutely love their heart.
Definitely love the new album. But our 12 and 6 year old love the new album. Especially Disappearing Act and Liars Club. They were at the Release Show in NYC and the Philly Arena show, and can't wait for the next Tour to start. Thank you guys for spoiling them with setlists, picks and drumsticks! You guys are the best
I think one of the defining traits of Coheed is their ability to constantly subvert expectations of what their music is "supposed to be". Can you imagine any other rock band that's been around for 20 years suddenly busting out an autotuned dance-y electronic song out of the blue and it end up being one of their best songs?
Been listening to Coheed and Cambria for maybe 15 years and I have to say that with every new album they release I've never been underwhelmed. They have always blown me away with how they consistently change the way theyre making their music and taking risks with new sounds, which is a huge reason I love them. Much love
This is my favorite album. ❤
One things for sure this album is mixed so god damn well.
Vaxis I came out when I had just became a father, I also had to cut my toxic family out of my life, it helped me through so much and it honestly felt like the album was for me. Now, Vaxis II, scared me, because my wife and I were going through martial hardship and we didn’t know what we were going to do. I was rocked by the death of my childhood best friend, and closed myself off to the world, and she, well I don’t want to get into what happened there. It hit at just the right time and the power behind every song on it hit me hard, beautiful losers showed me what my wife and I were, comatose literally laid out my feelings towards who we were, shoulders helped me realize how I felt about my wife and what she had done at the time, A disappearing act vocalized what I wanted to do, I wanted to disappear and not deal with it but I had to, I had to face what I had done and my role in our troubles and that I was still there for her, love murder one hit hard too because we had a very difficult conversation and it literally was everything I was feeling. Every song on this album hit me so hard and it felt like it was literally what I needed. Thank you Claudio, Travis, Zach, and Josh for making this vital piece to my life.
This album was amazing!!! Keep on making great music guys ❤
Best album since no world. So so good
Vaxis II is my favorite Coheed album, and my son says that A Disappearing Act is his favorite song ever. You guys did a fantastic job with this record.
definitely a connection thx for another rocking album
Loved seeing you guys on tour this year! Already my most played album of the year!
This video is mastered soundwise, incredibly. Also wanted to say you guys absolutely nailed it in Birmingham last night, such a good show!
Wow, thank you. I just love the making of the record clips from Coheed. Hearing how they came up with this album is just amazing. Looking forward to more.
Also, seeing Josh play is always the best!
Can't wait to see you guys live in Cologne end of this month 🤟🏻
This is a dream vid, loved the other making of vids and love this album even more
I love this album.
This album is such a ride and I'm here for it. Great work!
my favorite songs on this record are the ones that are the most 'out there' sounding for the band - Disappearing Act, Love Murder One, Bad Man. Complete awesomeness!
So looking forward to seeing you in London
Thank you for sharing these stories 🥰
The complexity of these albums always just give me chills
Letttssssssggooooo!!!!
I love all the new stuff! Keep it up!
Thank you for this album.
Honestly, this album is fighting for the top spot in my heart from you guys’ catalogue. Been a fan since ‘01. Such a banger. Thank you.
please keep this going! one reason I've been a fan so long is seeing what goes into these records.
It's amazing that you mention the album is about love and fatherhood. My daughter is 2 and we have connected thru your music for hours on end. Thank you.
They nailed this album. What has gotten me to stay and enjoy Coheed for as long as I have is they do totally have roots in their orginal music, IKSSE or Good Apollo, but they do add new sounds every time. Enough where it gives me something to enjoy their creativity but not going so far as to forgo the roots or where they started. They really do seem to have a perfect balance. Love these guys, sorry I missed their show in Seattle last month. Always though, one among the fence.
Just thank you man, you guys are the truth.
Thanks loves ❤ Heres to 20 more years!
Genuinely this album hit me so damn hard. My grandmother passed away - and it really HELPED my grieving. Something about the energy and message was so on point. I haven’t felt this connect to an album since Good Apollo
my first coheed album, gateway drug was liars club! random recommendation by youtube algo lol. love every song on this album-thanks youtube!
Much Love thanks for this
This album top banger, just pure gold from you guys. Appreciate the album and all the hard work you put in.
“Coheed, in general, are just incapable of making bad music” might just be the most accurate statement of all time haha.
CLAUDIO, I will embrace anything you create, because you KNOW what YOU want to do, and you make sure you do it well. I don't like every Coheed song as much as another. I didn't like Year as an album mostly, but it still contains some of my favorite tracks across bands and genres, Pearl of the Stars is a high roller for me. I've always said my least favorite Coheed song is LEVELS of skill and quality above my favorites from other bands. The skill and craftsmanship that goes into this... I think... I would be shocked by a Coheed song I truly didn't like, and I would love Claudio and the band for making it, because I would know they crushed what they wanted to create.

The only thing in my life that actually brings me some form of joy is Coheed
This is such an amazing album! Thank you Coheed
Thank you ❣️
I've obsessed over Coheed since 2002 various times over. When Unheavenly Creatures came out I liked it, but due to biases toward pop-culture, pitch correction software, and probably other complicated psychological reasons, I struggled to love it in the same way. But as the new singles came out for Vaxis II, I have been digging them immensely. And I have to say, in spite of the pervasive autotune I absolutely adore this record.
Liked the album on 1st listen, loved it on 3rd & 100th listen!
Vaxis 2, from beginning to end, an absolutely phenomenal album!
Ugh I love this so much
