Kurinji flowers were in bloom after 12 years around baba budangiri peak in Chikmagalur. A similar variety of this bush (local name - 'topali karavi' - a basket type bush variety ) blooms every seven years in western ghats in Maharashtra. TripAdvisor reviews have mentioned it .
Feels truly heaven with the background music. Now it seems its raining heavily with landslides happening i tht area.. We would want to njy the rain chikmanglur and visit this place what wud be the best month/time to visit. Please advise.
