how did you make special event like this? and the flags?
This is one of the preset contests that are available for camps: in the patrol board near the helicopter, there's an option to create Camp Events (Nancy contest, Racing, and Quiz contest) which requires gold. The creator of the event will set the rules on the board, select a date and the winners will receive some of the gold bars that the creator has paid. ^^ Hope this helps!
