YESSSS absolutely!!! I love Lisa so much! Someone commented that Sheryl is the embodiment of a fairy godmother (which I very much see) but in my actual life I have a non-biological aunt who has been my savior, aka fairy godmother, who Lisa reminds me SO much of (if you replace Philly with Chicago, and Italian with Jewish, and red hair with black...ha! ...but the rest is spot on!). It's amazing to see someone play such an amazingly familiar real-life person! I just have to get my aunt to watch this show (she's too busy caring for everyone else but I'll try)!

Sheryl has the most graceful and elegant presence. The way she carries herself, the way she speaks. Reminds me of Phylicia Rashad. I remember watching her on "Moesha" and thinking the same thing.
I just adore how parallel this cast is two their characters… the mutual respect between Quinta and Sheryl, the admiration that Quinta has for Sheryl being the icon that she is but also Sheryl’s love for Quinta as her millennial boss is reflected in their characters.
But every character has something tied into the actor that plays them and it just tickles me.

Not only are there characters amazing on the show but they're genuinely great people.
This whole gathering and exercise will bring them even closer. Some hit shows can have a way of making or breaking the cast. I see a lot of genuine behavior. And, that speaks to how far they can go.
Their friendship and authenticity shines throughout their show and is one of the many reasons it's so awesome! 🤣🤣 And I loved the part "Sheryl was late to this!" 🤣🤣🤣

I've watched several interviews with Sheryl, including the round table, and she is just a glowing presence wherever she goes. She just seems like a wonderful human being. Her speaking voice alone is just so pleasant and delightful. She just exudes kindness and yet strength? It's hard to explain but I bet she has some amazing stories to tell.
