A black man almost hit me and my family last night and then stopped on the entrance ramp in front of us and pulled a gun out. Then I called 911 and then he followed us 2 miles waving his gun and pointing it at us again and I think he had kidnapped a little girl who was in the van with. I seatbelt or car seat while he was dry like a maniac waving a gun around and point it at people
