I got all the car mastery things and got the Diablo gtr but it isn’t showing up in my garage

If you buy it from an auction house, the car mastery transfers over. Your best bet is to buy a stock sv and spend your skill points on it.

It should have unlocked. Make sure you upgraded the right car, Hard to miss
