It’s right off the freeway and commercial buildings - near Costco, eateries on its side and houses across the freeway. Didn’t see any people loitering during our stay there. They have security guards that do rounds all day. It was decent and clean during our stay then.

Burbank is one of the better cities near LA. It is a separate city from LA and has its own police & fire depts. Much less riff-raff than LA.
