Giant House Spider Crawling On My Arm

Found this dude in my house, though I'd move it outside so it didn't get stepped on. It turned out to be very calm and let me handle it for quite some time.
Ii have no idea why people are so scared of them. Totally harmless!

The females are way more aggressive and are 2-3x their size
