這次來開箱我租的校外宿舍 Manchester Student Village (Dwell MSV)
這是我之前比價過後發現CP質最高的房間，我的房型是Gold Ensuite(含有個人衛浴，廚房共用)
一週大約是£190英鎊(台幣約$7,500)，含水電費！
以這個離市區和曼徹斯特大學都不遠(走路20分鐘內能到)的位置來說，算是地段非常好的，而且房間很乾淨舒適，整體我很滿意🤍

I'm unboxing my off-campus accommodation at Manchester Student Village (MSV). After some price comparison, I found that this Gold Ensuite room offers the best value for money. My room includes a personal bathroom, and I share the kitchen. It costs approximately £190 per week (around $7,500 NTD). Considering its location, which is not far from the city center and the University of Manchester (within a 20-minute walk), it's in a prime spot. Thank you for making this video! Can I ask more about the wifi speed, overall cleanness, how thick/thin the walls are, and the staff's attitude & helpfulness? I saw quite a number of negative reviews for this place and start to feel hesitant 😢
Hi! Sure, the wifi speed is fast, but sometimes (after 6 months of living here, I've encountered two instances when it wasn't working), so I would say the wifi is generally good. I'm not sure about how thick the walls are, but I never hear the sound of hair dryers. The staff is nice, and when I request repairs for my facilities, they respond really fast. I also recommend United Student Accommodations, where my friends live, they are generally great!

有幫助真是太好了
1. 公共廚房都是要自己掃哦～
2.隔音效果我給60分，隔音還算ok，隔壁吹頭髮我聽不到，但音樂播很大聲就會被吵到的程度
其他推薦宿舍也可以看看United Student系列的(朋友住那邊還算不錯!)

Hi, I’m currently considering booking this accom for next year but I’d like to know, does it get really loud every night? Is the noise bearable?
I think it's because I live on a lower floor, so the noise is kind of loud for me. Maybe the upper floors would be better (I don't know if they allow people to choose the floor).
But after three months of living here, I've already gotten used to it, haha.😂

但我住完en-suite三個月後還是比較喜歡有私人小廚房，所以如果有餘裕也可以訂看看studio唷！

請問你住完三個月後覺得有私人小廚房比較好是純粹個人喜好，還是設備問題?因為今年費用用漲不少。
我覺得是個人喜好，因為室友們衛生習慣不同，所以如果比較介意廚房整潔的話還是推薦studio
天阿～住宿費真的是年年漲價！或是可以看看united student系列的房源，我很多朋友都住那邊，CP值也滿高！

廚房沒有窗戶(面窗的地方都是房間)但有抽風的，我自己覺得還好沒什麼影響哈，如果想要廚房有窗戶可以考慮Unite Student系列的宿舍！
電磁爐下面的應該是烤箱喔！
