You can still practice yoga isn’t just physical there are 8 branches of yoga and also laying and imagining yourself doing routines along with a video can improve your muscles there are people who do this in India and it works xx

I also love my awesome friend ayesha Sha sha. She does resign craft, kawaii fashion and recently disability issues. She's a beautiful human and deserves her CZcams success. I also watch tess daly and rolling funky on Instagram. They are fashion and beauty bloggers. They both have disabilities aswell. I tend to stay away from youtubers and vloggers who solely focus on disabilities or chronic illness. Yes I have disabilities and use mobility aids but that's not the only thing about me. If you look on my Instagram I rarely discuss disabilities. I post allsorts of things.

I used to do yoga before my diagnosis. The funny thing is I've been asked if the yoga caused my chronic illness.
