- When you return something to a company like Amazon, do you know where they go? The answer: a liquidation company. Liquidation companies bundle everything up and sell it online. We bought a pallet to see what deals were out there.

Why not return it to the company?
These are items from returns, such as Amazon returns or Target returns, etc. They get bundled and auctionrd off on a pallet.

When one hears this sort of news, how can one have confidence in a large company to perform honest transactions and deal with customers honestly and professionally, or, is this fake news?
They gave me a store credit instead of my money back. The perculator was missing a part.
Most buyers are scammer keeping the new item and returning a totally different item with the same weight

@@melizuniga2231 I can tell you right now that you are wrong I personally have worked for Amazon and a specific department where they do not look at the items they simply do a refund stop spreading false information
@cee cee well I currently still work there and our facility is main for returns maybe your just at one that’s smaller but there’s people called problem solvers that are in charge to go more into deep especially if people are scammers so yea and used items to get resell you can buy them on warehouse deals

From what I've seen, customers return items either they, or the shippers broke. Then I wind up with them and have to return them back, too. Yeah, I'm a little annoyed. I feel like a Guinea pig, doing Amazon's work for them on these items. Does no one do QC on these things? God help me if I get like 5 more broken items from that warehouse.

@@jessehutson4152 yes we do. some bigger company have robots that do the scanning and can tell if the product isn't what was sent.

If it’s the wrong item it’s goes to a problem solver and then they decide if they let it go or not but if it’s fraud you won’t get your money back

made no sense like it was a return and i bought it back.just sent it back 2 days ago. the amazon rep said to just take it to a drop off.like ups.i explain what happen.offered to send pics but she just said srry for the problem that they can issue be a refund when they receive the item back.but the camera was not the camera in the box which i told her.which im kinda worried.
