So how do you price all your stuff out via package sizes?

Currently I don’t get paid for my events. But I would price them via package size, number of people and the distance needed to travel. So I would say a starting price is the chosen package.

Do you turn the power off at the switch when done with show? Or, keep them on black-out fan running for a few minutes to cool the light inside? Or what do you do?

Before each events I turn the lights on, with blackout, let them warm up and have electricity flow through them. And at the end I also do black them out to let them cool down. Usually only about 5min, this will improve the health of the light.

A polite reminder, which I'm sure you've only shown in the video for the effect, but crowd scanning with a 3w RGB laser runs the risk of eye damage. There are laws regarding show lasers in the US, AU, EU and UK, all of which are very paranoid. The MPE is 10mw/cm2. As a rough guideline for a 3w laser, avoid directly hitting someone's eyes closer than maybe 40m, even with high speed scanning patterns.
