Love the recommendations!! Aloe really does help, so very much. I just did a henna/aloe treatment a couple days ago. My hair felt strong but SO soft! LOVE this combo.
I also love the recommendation to add the aloe. This is my first time getting to use your henna bar and it was amazing. My hair never comes out that soft when I use henna that I purchased even when I put all oil in. Also never tried doing it without deep conditioning but it was soft enough that I could do that so now I can follow along with the challenge and just do the deep conditioner mid week, thank you so much for your recommendations and thank you for putting the products on sale so we can try different ones😊
@@RissieW if you soak the fenugreek first, you can use the mucilage as the hydrating aspect for the brahmi or bhringraj, and you don’t need to use aloe. Hope that helps

When we deep condition after this what should we use to help improve moisture? Sometimes I notice my hair feels dry afterwards and I have hard water where I live too. I'm determined to understand my hair needs before the end of next year

I love all of those strengthening herbs you mentioned.
I have fenugreek, brahmi and bringraj!!!! I love using em.
But I don't have aloe vera juice. I never used it before.
