This is all choreographed for an eventual coronation. Kenyans are tired of seeing the same faces and names occupying all the national offices. Just listen to the commissioners in total agreement with Ngatias responses and the way they give him a pass.
He is answering question with so much literature BUT very little substance. To me martha koome was more substantial in her answers.

Ngatia is a non starter. We need a chief justice who has the heart of a nation. Ngatia is tribal, what he stood for in the last general election stands for itself. He could not answer most basic questions, and also joined a team that kept the truth from the courts. CHOOSING A NEW HYENA DOES NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF HYENA. FRED NGATIA IS A HYENA. Kenyans want justice, but with this guy at the top seat of justice,.... Just forget about justice in Kenya for the masses. We will continue to suffer.

You wanted him to support Raila so that you call him non tribal?.Maraga failed judiciary when he tried to change the will of kenyan majority so as to please Raila who had lost the election. It was well known by everyone that it wasn't justice only refusing to admit the truth.If you loose just accept rather than making troubles to everyone......Maraga ruined his legacy.
