Do'
1.Use Papar to separate roti
2.Freeze after roti comes down to room temperature
3.Use Airtight Container or Zip lock bag to preserve Roti
4.Cook roti only for 10 to 15 seconds each side
5.Though or de frost roti for atleast 15 to 20 minutes before cooking
Don't
1. Don't Freeze with bag or box
2.Do not make too thick or too thin roti
3.De frost only the number of roti you want to cook , do not take out and put back it in freezer
