I bought the book Psycho-Cybernetics a year ago. The goal was to use it to improve my social skills. Just doing what the first three chapters of the book said was enough for me to see instant improvements. Suddenly, I was walking around with my chest out, with expansive body language, making eye contact with everyone I walked past. In less than a month after getting the book, one of my teachers told me that he was noticing huge improvements in the way I would interact with him.

Thanks for the specific instructions on how you use it. 3 weeks after reading it I walk with a straight back, I lost this stupid traumatized look on my face I was carrying around all the time. I attracted a hot girl, I made more friends, I lift heavier. Its insane how well this works I gave the book to my parents I hope they are going to use the knowledge

I need to get even a better self image than the one I had when I was 16-17 bro. That was my peak in confidence and women, after that it just became nonexistent. I’m basically one of the popular guys that just went off the radar, but I want to get back out again. It’s been years since I’ve been locked and improving myself, isolated from the social world. I need to get up again, I need to be able to talk to women again and socialize confidently with groups of people again. I can’t go back to my childhood.

The music thing was a game changer. I was never able to do visualizations without it feeling awkward, like, what am I supposed to think about? Am I supposed to just sit there in silence while trying not to get distracted with thoughts? With music (Zeus by Tevvez for me) the thoughts just come naturally without any distraction, I imagine my 100% perfect life as If I was in a movie and when the song ends I feel so pumped to keep grinding. I do the same in a negative way by imagining how I was before I discovered self improvement and how my life could end up If I started doing the bad habits again. It's really powerful and the music really helps
It really changed who you are but make sure you feel you are able to do all when you visualise don't feel like you are faking , you just feel it you will do it .

Another thing. Specific affirmations you should do. The way they tell you to do it is wrong. The right way is to ask “why am I _____” questions. E.g. if you want muscles ask: “Why am I so muscular” or if you want an item you can say: “Why do I have ____” Record yourself saying these affirmations and play them every night. You’ll start to reprogram your brain and your brain will generate ways to achieve these goals
Normally when i take a cold shower i onlu put my back and legd in the shower and scream of pain but this time i visualized myself taking a cold shower i put my entire body in the shower and the cold shower felt a little relaxing
hey hamza, i have my purpose very clear, and what i have to do in my life, that is get a degree in physics and do research in that field, when it comes to research money isn't really a important factor, the work you're doing is the thing that matters most, although salary will be decent it won't be 1 mil dollars, watching your videos sometimes puts me dilemma. please hamza what should my self image should be i am really confused. thanks hamza
