Scm superset tx - automatic throughfeed moulder

SCM presents superset tx, the automatic through feed moulder designed for large companies that want to maximise productivity without compromising quality.
It is possible to carry out prismatic profiles, frames, linear parts and profiles for windows, doors, furniture, garden and boat furnishings.
Higher number of available shafts, double left vertical spindle, top profiling capacity and enhanced feed system are some of the features of superset tx, in addition to the electronic left fence, micrometric tables after the bottom horizontal spindles and independent motors for each machining unit.
Competitive also for small batch production, superset tx is available in customised compositions, due to a wide range of options; equipments based on the work-piece profiles and dimensions to be performed, enable to produce high quality finished products with exclusive shapes.
superset tx is able to process work-pieces with variable dimensions, 15x6 mm minimum finished section and 260x180 mm maximum finished section.
The HSK technology enables downtime reduction and finish quality enhancement, with improved ergonomics for the operator.
The feed system, with the high number of wheels, ensures the optimal work-piece feeding, without jamming, in order to handle the most demanding conditions.
