Im running this with gunner, contractors gloves, and nightwatcher mask with scanner pulse, that 100% scanner haste is great, just put flatline on what ever you want at that point. I've been having so much fun with it.
Hi, thanks for the video! I see this build recently in YT, in this setup. Honestly, I use another one because I have one big problem with it: Kingbreaker :) I mean, the talent is good, but the rest... I remember the time, I spent a lot of time to farm it, and than tried to play with it. It is shooting everywhere :) I give up later. I am using now: gunner specialization, scanner pulse, Nightwatcher (the pulse duration is longer than the cooldown), eagle bearer. In general I really like the scanner, I really like to see the enemies around.
Kingbreakers RPM doesn't help in building Heartbreaker stacks fast enough; it's rather slow, actually. If you wanted HB for survivability, this is not it. The damage is underwhelming as well, and Kingbreaker having tough recoil is just added difficulty. We have become Striker's junkies for a good reason: the best defense is a good offense.
That’s why I use the acs 12 to build stacks. But I totally hear what you’re saying.

I've been enjoying my heartbreaker build using the gunner specialization and a palisade chest piece with obliterate. You get 20% armor on kill. I didn't opt for the technician specialization for that linked laser pointer because enemies get pulsed as soon as you hit them in the head anyways. Not my highest dps build but definitely my all around favorite.

I would like to add the following to that.
Swap the drone with pulse or remote pulse. Have almost all, if not all enemies of a new spawn wave pulsed right away for that sweet dmg bonus.
Get the heartstopper gloves, slap on the Momento backpack. You will most likely collect the trophies as you fight anyway giving even more bonus armor and a wealthy dmg bonus and armor regen as well.
Min/max CritC/CritD with the gear stats, gear mods and weapon mods. (CritC on or just below 60% wich is max. Then dump as much as you can in CritD)

Liked the video and the build. I farmed in countdown for the pieces and have almost everything. It is going to be very difficult to get foxes prayer with good CHC and DTTOOC so the primary attribute can be rerolled to armour. I think it's easier to leave WD on it and have the armour on the HB holster. Also the kingbreaker shoots everywhere. Just on equestion. Is it not better to replace foxes with one piece of ceska for the 10% CHC and reroll weapon handling to stabilise the kingbreaker? I'm SHD level 180 and really struggling to get above 50% CHC without ceska not to mention my CHD is also only 50%. What are your stats on CHC and CHD? Also very vulnerable to explosives, I guess you get the resistance from the watch stats later on.
I use 4 piece HB with Momento with intimidate. The weapon I use is Vector ACP for fast stacks all the time and Police M4.
I run something similar but with catharsis mask and it's kinda hilarious
My go to build is technician with kingbreaker/heartbreaker but I use memento backpack and a fodral holster that has weapon damage and chd and chc

My question is, if you wanted to spice this build up, what exotics should you slot? And how would that affect the placement of other set pieces to compensate.
I was thinking maybe catharsis or coyotes? Does Vile proc with Pulse?
Man my head hurts. I’m just returning to this game since shortly after warlords came out and I’m totally gripped, this builds are WILD.
I have a version with coyotes.. and it’s absolutely one of my favorite heartbreaker builds in the game. The only reason I didn’t highlight that today is because my last two videos had that in it! Lol.
Issen't it beter to use thé picaros holster instaid of thé gloves or knee pads
Im guessing the chest piece isnt as good as spotter or intimidate now
I found 2 pieces of heartbreaker on a black tusk mission not saying how you said to find them is wrong believe me❤
Well, each mission has specific gear or weapon drop increase. Countdown just means you can select the target without doing much work to get gearsets
i have this build like a striker lol all red core with coyote mask and cyska holster that thing hits like 1.2 to 1.1 mill headshot dmg at full stack

what is the fastest way to proficency up a wepon (withoiut donations) ?
The best way is combining methods: donations and using/equipping the weapons and gear that need leveling up in proficiency.
Can't Hit nothing with the kingbreaker If the target is more than 15m away
