Hi this printer was doing great, and then it started printing skipping lines. Now it prints blank pages but test pages do print in color. So only black and text doesn’t work. I tried using a brand new cartridge I bought too, still blanks for black. How can I fix it fixed or do you know what problematic part is causing this?? Please need help running to office max every to print pages
