To create a Looker Studio digital marketing dashboard for your Google Analytics 4 traffic sources, it's important to organize the data in a clear and logical manner that aligns with the desired dashboard layout.
Firstly, consider the key digital marketing metrics and dimensions that should be included in the dashboard. These may include metrics such as sessions, pageviews, engagement rate, conversion rate, and dimensions such as traffic channel and campaign.
Next, determine the layout of your Google Analytics 4 digital marketing dashboard for Looker Studio. One approach could be to have a main overview section at the top displaying high-level metrics such as total sessions, average engagement time, and conversion rate. This provides a quick snapshot of the overall performance of the traffic sources.
Further, consider incorporating visualizations such as line charts, bar graphs, or pie charts to visually represent the Google Analytics 4 data in Looker Studio. This helps in understanding trends and identifying patterns easily.
You can create data tables if you want to see how dimensions perform according to certain metrics. For example, you could include a data table listing traffic channels. Then, include relevant metrics to help in analyzing the performance of each digital marketing source individually.
You can also include filters or dropdowns to enable users to segment the data by specific dimensions like traffic channel, geography, or device category. This allows for deeper analysis and comparison between different segments.
Lastly, ensure that your digital marketing Looker Studio Google Analytics 4 dashboard is user-friendly and intuitive. Use clear and concise labels, provide tooltips or explanations where necessary, and arrange elements in a logical order. Also, consider incorporating a summary or conclusion at the end to highlight key insights or recommendations based on the data presented.
By organizing your digital marketing data in a clear and logical manner aligned with the desired dashboard layout, the Looker Studio for Google Analytics 4 traffic source dashboard will provide users with meaningful insights to analyze and optimize their traffic sources effectively.

Did you individually resize the scorecards at 9:35 or is there a way to select them all and resize them at the same time? Thanks for making this video, it's been helpful.

Glad you found it helpful! If you copied and pasted the scorecards, you can select all of them to resize them all at once. Then drag and drop to fix the layout.

Thanks for your sharing. I am having a problem to extract the Exit Page.
Can you please share how can I grab the exit page from GA4 to Looker Studio.

Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, this isn't readily available in Looker Studio yet. Many have been asking for this and it looks like the best way to view exit pages is to create an exploration report. If you need a resource for that, I can point you to one. Hopefully, they add it to Looker Studio soon.

Thanks for watching another video! Let's run through a checklist. The first things that come to mind are the date range and the data source. Make sure the date range matches what you use in GA4 itself.
Check the date range and data source for both your dashboard if you added them as controls, and for the chart itself. Let me know how that goes.

@@GrowthLearner, it was the date range, as you mentioned. Thank you for your quick reply. BTW, I always watch your videos; I get a lot of information from them. :)
