Whole reason I watched this was to see how it looked doing the lying leg curl and you didn’t demonstrate
It's like probably the best plate loaded leg combo machine in existence..but, most home gym people didn't spend that much on their entire home gym. Maybe when I hit the lottery I could justify it...but till then it's probably body-solid, x-mark combo units.
4500 and its not even selectorized lol...
Would buy but the price is crazy!
I’m not cheap but I can’t justify spending $4500 on a leg extension leg curl machine for my home gym. It does look like a nice piece of equipment.
Understood and thank you for the kind words
This is because you don't understand how prime equipment are insanely good and actually the best brand that exist for fitness training.... I think it's actually cheap for the quality you'll get... but of course it's a professional machine so it's too expensive if you buy it only for your house but cheap for a fitness center !
You have a fantastic home gym. Plus, I can tell you never miss a leg work out day.
LOL 😹🤣😂
Why no demonstration *WITH* *weights* ?!
looks like a superb fit for many home gyms, price?
$4500
@@kongchaiinthavong1918 plus the regular 1000k+ for shipping? or is that shipped?
@@JC-dc9oz depends on weight of product and where it ship to.
@@kongchaiinthavong1918 $4500 for a leg extension machine
Only 1% of the population would pay that. That's the highest I've ever heard!!!!!
Awesome machine! Unfortunately, price is clearly targeted toward commercial gyms.
Yeah but U did not mention the cost. Wonder why?
Way up there huh
Having the horrible mix of machine music, at a level that makes it very hard to hear her speak, is ridiculous. Don't you have anyone in quality control for your online-content department, that double checks to make sure this doesn't happen?
highly agree very annoying and her dialogue is obscured. They should be able to fix this by re-mixing/ re-editing the video and take that sonic drivel/ pollution out.
If this had a leg pad for doing seated hamstring curls aswell, it would be the best budget option out
For sure. Don't know why companies opt out of creating such a simple addition
That would be nice, although I think it would take more engineering then adding a thigh pad. Both leg extensions and lying leg curls involve moving the leg roller upwards, a seated leg curl moves it downwards.
$4500 is budget?
@@Lucas-hl9sd 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Right after I responded, I found an option for under $700 USD,that offers all three. Only thing, plate loaded
prime makes stuff too good to real
This is the best plate loaded extension/curl combo I've seen. The price is way too high. Could get a quality selectorized machine such as Hoist for about 1k cheaper.
4,500 dollars is ridiculous...overpriced.. titan fitness sells it for 549.00 lol...
There's a reason why a kia forte isn't the same price as a corvette.
@@bradbennett923 I understand this concept.. but being 9 times more expensive than a regular one is absolutely ridiculous... stop defending this manufacturing company..
You're comparing apples & oranges though. Titan makes junk equipment that is made overseas with crappy welds for as cheap as possible. Prime is usa made & is one of the best gym equipment manufacturers. You're defending a shotty manufacturer in titan. Gotta pay to play if you want quality equipment.
@@bradbennett923 I understand this .. but this quality that you refer to is way to expensive... why not double the price like Rogue Fitness.. You are probably one of the owners, employee from that company..
Definitely not an owner, nor employee of prime. Just a gym equipment connoisseur. Prime basically had to be begged to make this combo unit for the public. While I agree with you that $4500 is pricey. Trying to compare it to titan is ridiculous. They are on different levels. Prime is mainly focused on commercial gyms while titan is geared for budget home gym. There are plenty of other companies that make a combo unit that is better quality than titan but less than Prime. Check out Elite fts, legend, Atlantis, pro maxima.
How tall was the model? My wife is 5ft and leg curl machines are terrible for her because of her height. And what heights does this machine accommodate?
Please email info@primefitnessusa.com for additional specifications on the machine. They are more than willing to help
Can this be used as a seated leg curl?
No just as a leg extension and lying leg curl
That would be killer checking all the boxes
Prime, perhaps you can help me with this question, as at one point in time I measured this on my Strive Plate loaded knee extension.
As it pertains to resistance profiles…
-the percentage decrease in resistance while using the top peg alone is fairly substantial (a few inches drop in moment arm), hence overload top or full knee extension.
- the percentage increase in resistance profile using the bottom peg alone is again a few inches increase in moment arm, and fairly substantial.
HOWEVER…
- when loading the middle peg alone, there is very minimal change in resistance profile through the range of motion and very small alterations in moment arm of resistance, hence this setting is more equal to a circular cam with center axis, not overload in the middle, maybe minor increase in the middle relative to the aforementioned settings. I assume this is due to needing to keep the machine design compact and not extending the middle arm longer as well as the amount of travel around the circumference needed to create an overload middle resistance profile…
Do you have the exact percentage increase in resistance profile for the “middle overload” peg?
Thanks.
Way too technical
-\_(“,)_/-
To each their own.
This video doesn't even demonstrate how the machine is used.
Machine seems excellent, music is annoying 🤮
Nice machine but way overpriced!
Thank you for the feedback. What makes you feel that it is over priced?
