You can see when he's doing the triplets with the sixteenth notes his triplets are irregular. He isn't doing the rhythms, he just remembered what it sounds like and is replicating it.
I just realised you messed up the 3/4 and 4/4 time one, which is actually really difficult to do so props for being able to do all the other ones. It sounds like you play the first 2 beats at the same time, but they're actually at different times. The rhythm sounds like 5 beats, kind of like the circus theme, whereas there's actually 6 beats.
